Dear Parent/Guardian
Thank you for your interest in Monarch Bible Camp and your desire to send your child or children to one of our many camps. We understand the need for financial assistance on occasion and are pleased to have many local service clubs and individuals support our Campership Program.
I am pleased to send you an application for assistance. Our supporters recognize the importance of helping children have wholesome, stimulating experiences and of investing in their future. Monarch is very fortunate to have their support. Families are asked to give what they can afford towards camp fees. We do not give a set amount as each family’s need is different. Campership is dependent on available funds.
Your application must include a Thank You note that can be sent to the supporting agency. This personal touch is much appreciated by those organizations who donate. You do not need to include yours or your children’s name, but can sign it “A Grateful Parent”, or something similar.
All information is private and will not be shared with anyone other than the Director who alone processes the applications. You will be notified by whatever method you choose when the application has been approved.
